Moana TV IPTV to launch in Samoa in December
Nov 3, 2012 – Bluesky Samoa has announced that it is currently testing an IPTV service called Moana TV in 50 locations in Samoa. The service will become commercially available in December, rolling out across Bluesky's broadband network coverage area on the islands.
